This two-hour course will assist the business owner in understanding acceptable accounting practices for operating a successful business. Takeaways include:

- Creating a plan to pay liabilities (vendors, employees, loan payments, etx.), prioritizing and organizing payments liabilities and developing a vendor payment policy.
- Learning why CA$H is King.
- Paying yourself! How and how much.
- Determining the value of your business when preparing to sell to a new owner.
- Making your life easier by correctly using accounting software.

Speaker Robert Porter, CPA is a Manager with Hudson Cisne & Co. LLP. His areas of service include Technology Start-U Firms, Retail, Restaurant Franchisees, Real Estate Investment, Medical and Professional Services Firms.
