The new Launch. Your Future name and logo for the Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs offered in Rogers Public Schools was introduced this year in August. The name and logo represent the powerful and forward motion that career programs offer students as they gain knowledge, skills, and industry certifications that will prepare them for future careers. The rocket logo also illustrates the upward direction, working towards new heights and accomplishment of career pathway goals. The programs include all the CTE programs currently offered to 7th – 12th grade students in Rogers Public Schools.
Launch. Your Future career programs’ achievements and accomplishments over the past three years are featured in this month’s Chamber Voice of Business newsletter Workforce Development highlights.
These career programs and certification training opportunities from the Rogers Public Schools continue to expand with the support and assistance of local business and industry partnerships.
The program is planning for expansion and more achievements in the upcoming years as it strives to prepare students for successful careers and contribute to the workforce demands within the Northwest Arkansas region.

NATIONAL CAREER READINESS CERTIFICATE (NCRC)
Students enrolled in the College & Career Readiness course participate in the ACT WorkKeys program which helps prepare them for the National Career Readiness Certificate assessment.
The National Career Readiness Certificate includes four achievement levels that convey proficiency of essential workplace skills. The NCRC levels are often aligned with entry level positions across industry sectors as skill level indicator for different jobs within companies. Rogers Public Schools students enrolled in the Work-Based Learning Programs, including Youth Apprenticeship, Career Practicum and Internship have an opportunity to take the National Career Readiness Certification. Below is information that represents the recent three year cumulative data for NCRC certifications by achievement level.
