Rogers Advertising & Promotion Commission
The Rogers City Council
passed an ordinance in 1999 creating the
Rogers Advertising & Promotion Commission
and establishing a two percent (2%) tax upon
the gross proceeds of hotel and motel
accommodations in the city of Rogers, AR.
for Advertising and Promotion of the City
and its environs, and to be collected by the
Rogers Advertising & Promotions Commission.
The A&P tax is also sometimes known as HMR
(Hotel, Motel, Restaurant) Tax, Bed Tax or
Tourism Tax. A copy of the local ordinance,
