In September of 2002, the Rogers-Lowell Area
Chamber of Commerce released the community’s
strategic plan, “Vision 2020.” Created by
over 200 citizens, the plan lays out a
framework for improving the quality of life
in Rogers, Lowell and surrounding
communities. The plan serves as a blueprint
for city officials, businesses and
organizations, offering a glimpse of what
residents of Rogers and Lowell desire for
the future of the area.
