Industrial Parks
A variety of industrial park
facilities and industrial-zoned areas are
available in both Rogers and Lowell.
The Rogers Industrial Park is
located on the north side of the city, with
quick and easy access to Interstate 540 and
rail service. Tenants include Bekaert
Corporation, Cryovac – A Division of Sealed
Air, Stribling Packaging, Inc., and the
RoArk Group. Several smaller parcels remain
available in the park.
A small industrial park in
Lowell is centrally located near U.S.
Highway 71 Business and Arkansas Highway 264
West, and also features rail service.
Advanced Environmental & Recycling
Technologies, Inc., along with Roll-off
Services, and several other businesses are
located in the zone.
Several areas throughout
Rogers and Lowell are zoned for industrial
and warehouse usage.
